Apply to Speak at #iMEDIA2020
At the iMEDIA Social Media Conference, our priority is to provide attendees with a no-fluff, no BS approach to social media marketing. That means for us to consider your Breakout Session, we need to have a clear understanding of what our attendees will walk away from your Session with.

Hindsight is 20/20
iMEDIA has always been about sharing past experiences and learnings with attendees. We talk about what’s worked. What hasn’t. And why.
With that (and it obviously being the year 2020) we couldn’t think of a more fitting theme for this year’s conference than: Hindsight is 20/20. Plus, did you really think we’d let the year 2020 pass without taking full advantage of the 20/20 marketing play?! 😉
At #iMEDIA2020, we’re looking back at the evolution of digital and social media marketing and unpacking all the things we wish we would have known along the way. At this year’s conference, we’re breaking down our content into 3 separate Breakout Session tracks:
Case Studies (this is what we did, this was the outcome)
In this track, attendees will get to see the ins & outs of how campaigns/projects went from the brainstorms & strategy right down to evaluating the ROI and hearing what you’d do differently the next time.
How-tos (this is how you do it)
In this track, you will show attendees a step-by-step of how to do something. It may be setting up a GMB listing, how to use Lightroom Presets for their Instagram feed or the ABCs of drafting a social strategy.
Then & Now (it used to be like that, but now it’s like this)
In this track, you’ll take attendees on a walk down memory lane and look at how we’re approaching a similar concept in today’s digital landscape. Maybe it’s how you approached LinkedIn as a online resume then versus how you use it as an active online networking platform now.
#iMEDIA2020 will mark our 9th annual conference and oooo, we are some kind of excited for this year’s conference.
What WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
1) You must be in the digital trenches... aka you have to be a digital marketer who does the work. We need folks who are getting their hands dirty and know what works and what doesn't. It's what our attendees expect from us so it's what we expect from you.
2) Speaking experience is preferred but we won't accept any recycled presentations.
We only accept submissions for Breakout Session Speakers. All Keynote opportunities are by invite only and we will not respond to any Keynote requests.
All Breakout Session Speakers are given a complimentary iMEDIA All Access Pass to attend all events during the iMEDIA weekend but are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
