New πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ programming at #iMEDIA18

To those of you who have attended past iMEDIA conferences, you know that our days together are jam-packed.

The way we see it is that you've decided to make an investment into your professional development so we should do our best to give you as much value as possible in the 48-ish hours we spend together.

For #iMEDIA18, we wanted to offer something extra with our programming, but considering our schedule is already so tight, we had to get creative.

Friday Night = πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

When we brought on Linda and Tyler to co-emcee this year's event, one of the first discussions we had was about how we could leverage their knowledge (and mad-skillz πŸ˜‰) on the iMEDIA stage. From there, the idea of the live, on-stage podcast was born and now, here we are today, introducing a new piece of programming to #iMEDIA18: The Don't Call Me a Guru Fireside Chat!

The Don't Call Me a Guru Fireside Chat will be a live, sit-down interview between Linda, Tyler and our two iMEDIA Keynotes. The best part? It'll all be recorded live in front of our iMEDIA attendees and later shared on the Don't Call Me a Guru podcast.

So yes, we're literally bringing πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ to the iMEDIA stage! πŸ˜‰

Scheduling the πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

The Don't Call Me a Guru Fireside Chat will take place immediately after the Friday Night Keynote with the networking event to follow.

And in case you didn't already know this, iMEDIA's Friday evening events will be hosted in the newest addition to MacEwan's downtown campus, the Allard Hall! Yes, we get to call another beautiful glass building on the MacEwan campus our home. ❀️🏠

If you want to get in on the πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ be sure to grab your iMEDIA All Access pass soon! We've had a packed house the last two years and spots are filling up quickly!
